tried copying the iastor.sys from my eVGA cd and same thing. I tried deleting the iastor.sys & iastorv.sys file from windowssystem32 and now it just blue screens as windows is loading. I plugged in another hard drive and installed windows 7, I can see my other drive fine and browse it (I'm just trying to backup stuff now) but I want to avoid having to reinstall everything.

I think what happened was my computer locked up, during the hard boot the hard drives sectors got corrupted and by chance my restore and ICH10R drivers got corrupted. Tried running a windows restore but it said there was no restore points available due to corruption. My accelerated drive is a 2TB Hitachi (port 1) and my cache is a 60GB OCZ Agility 3 (port 0) running on a SATA 3 port. I was unable to sign-in via the Windows login screen without hitting a BSOD. Unfortunately, before I could take any actionable steps, the computer began to experience continuous Blue Screens. With this information, I was able to isolate the issue to the Intel Storage Controller. Ran the windows memory checker, no problems. iaStor.sys causing Blue Screen I am running SRT in enhanced mode on my brand new Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3 board with a 2600K processor. The Blue Screens indicated an issue with iastor.sys. It's on a ICH10R on a eVGA x58 SLI motherboard, Core i7 930, 2x Seagate Barrcuda 12x RAID 0 drives. everything loads, im sitting at login screen, but as soon as I go to hit enter and it loads for about two seconds and blue screens.
What's fine is the computer booted up fine in safe mode / normal. Check EVERY box that is NOT provided by Microsoft / Microsoft Corporation. This will sort all of the drivers by the provider. PS 'Conflict with W7 32 bit versions on, at version, Macrium deprecated the option to run PSSnap.sys because it was conflicting with a Windows 7 patch (KB 4088875, ).
